Installation and service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-configured solar systems or batteries.
Products damaged due to customer misuse or third-party installation.
Discounted or clearance items (except for factory defects).
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Our technical team will inspect the returned item before approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
If a product is defective, we can replace it with a new one of the same model or equivalent value, depending on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a traceable courier service for safe delivery of returned goods.
All products sold by SolarZone include a manufacturer’s or SolarZone warranty as stated at purchase.
Warranty claims will be processed according to the product’s warranty terms.
